atrav\u00e9s da ent\u00e3o Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Cultura o Projeto Cultural Historiando as Artes, que desde ent\u00e3o \u00e9 executado pelo seu idealizador Professor Carlos Medeiros.<\/p><p>O objetivo do Historiando as Artes \u00e9 a Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Patrimonial atrav\u00e9s do estudo da Hist\u00f3ria da Arte promovendo pesquisa, discuss\u00e3o e viv\u00eancia com visita t\u00e9cnica por meio de roteiro hist\u00f3rico e art\u00edstico\u00a0em algumas cidades do Estado do Rio de Janeiro cuja inten\u00e7\u00e3o final \u00e9 a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e a
